1. This contract is written with the sole jurisdiction of the English courts and according to English Law
2. When calculating payment please ensure that you use the prices listed on this website
3. If you are paying by credit/debit card please note that your card will be debited prior to to your CV Writing Guide being made available to you or us starting work on your CV Writing order, so that we can ensure that your card is valid and that there is sufficient funds/credit in the account to pay CV4 Care.
4. Please note that once you have placed an order by email, post, fax, telephone or by any other means it cannot be cancelled once we have started work on it.
5. Your CV and Cover Letter Writing Guide will be available to you as soon as your card has been debited which can either be via our website or over the telephone
6. CV’s will normally be completed within 5 working days. If you require your order to be prepared within a specified deadline please inform us during the initial consultation.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

CV4 Care offers no guarantees of future interviews or job offers. However, the service we offer is designed to assist you in gaining interviews. CV4 Care can in no way be held responsible for false information about you, as all information is provided by you to create your professional CV profile.
